Terms & Agreement

ACE ACTIVE ZONE – BIRTHDAY PARTY TERMS AND AGREEMENT

By booking, entering, or participating in a Birthday Party or related Event at ACE Active Zone, the booking client acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following Terms and Agreement:

1. Deposit & Payment

All deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 2 days prior to the event.
Payments via e-transfer must be sent to payment@aceactivezone.com

2. Damage Deposit, Liability & Additional Charges

A refundable damage deposit of up to $200 may be required for event bookings.
The exact amount of the damage deposit, if required, will be determined by ACE Active Zone at its sole discretion, based on factors including but not limited to party size, age of participants, type of event, and past booking history, if applicable.

If required, the damage deposit must be paid in full prior to the event.
The booking client is financially responsible for any damage, excessive mess, or rule violations caused by their guests or participants.

ACE Active Zone reserves the right to apply the damage deposit toward repair, replacement, or excessive cleaning costs.
Any remaining portion of the damage deposit will be returned at the end of the event, following a staff inspection of the facility.
If costs exceed the damage deposit, the booking client agrees to pay the remaining balance upon invoice.

3. Guest Responsibility & Supervision

The booking client is fully responsible for the conduct and supervision of all guests and participants.
Unruly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.
ACE Active Zone staff reserve the right to intervene or end an event early without refund if behavior or rule violations occur.

4. Cleanup & Facility Use Requirements

All party rooms, courts, and common areas must be left in the same general condition as received.
All garbage must be bagged and removed at the end of the event.
Tables must be cleared and wiped, and floors broom-swept.
All food, drinks, decorations, and personal belongings must be removed before departure.
Guests must respect all facility areas, equipment, and furnishings at all times.

5. Food & Decorations

No outside hot foods are permitted. Cold foods and snacks only.
Tape, tacks, adhesives, confetti, glitter, poppers, or similar items are strictly prohibited on walls, padding, floors, or fixtures.
Decorations must be free-standing only.

6. Tables & Chairs

Party Room will consist of up to 4 guest tables, 1 cake table, and 1 food table.
Number of chairs will be based on package chosen.

7. Wristbands

Wristbands will be given to each Youth included in the Party Package chosen. Additional Youth must be paid for in order to receive a wristband, and to participate on the Court.

8. Waivers & Footwear

All guests and participants must complete the ACE Waiver & Rules Form prior to participation.
All participants (including adults) must wear indoor running or gym shoes on the Court.

9. Personal Belongings

Backpacks and duffle bags must be removed from shoulders before entering the party room.
ACE Active Zone is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

10. Facility Rules

ACE Active Zone is a smoke-free, vape-free, alcohol-free, and pet-free facility.
Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.

12. Agreement

By booking a Birthday Party or related Event at ACE Active Zone, the booking client acknowledges and agrees to all Birthday Party Terms and Agreement outlined above.
